We are the
California Legislative Coalition for Interior Design (CLCID, Inc.).
The CLCID web site is for California interior designers who are interested in advocating professionalism through good
practices and legislation. Our site is a source for all interior designers regardless of affiliation status with other interior design associations.
Information Collection and Use Our
web site may ask for your name, address, email address and other contact information. The information we collect is intended to help us improve the content of our site, to provide you with accurate
information about our activities and give you the ability to pay for membership fees and/or products or services online.
When paying online, we ask for credit card and mailing information and our Web site protects the security of your personal information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts the information you type in.
You may receive email, a telephone call or
US postal mail from CLCID as a follow-up to your initial communication with us, or if we have any news or announcements we feel would be of interest to you.
If you do not want to receive any
e-mail, telephone calls or US postal mailings from us in the future, please contact us by email or telephone and we will promptly remove you from our list.
We will never share or sell
your email address, telephone number, mailing address or any other information you provide to us with other organizations or any 3rd parties for commercial or non commercial purposes unless required to
do so by law.

Web Server Information Our web server does not place cookies on your machine. Our web server tracks web traffic on our
site.
Online Sales (Refunds/Cancellations/Method of Delivery) All sales are final for our code books. There are no refunds for membership dues, seminars, Webinars, CEU classes or other
CLCID events or products. Memberships and Webinars are non-transferable.
When you purchase online at CLCID your personal information will be protected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). You will
receive an email confirmation/receipt of your purchase.
In the event you purchased an item in error (or accidentally duplicated a purchase) you are required to contact CLCID immediately and no later than 24 hours by email to have the
transaction credited back to your account. You must receive an email confirmation from CLCID acknowledging your error; otherwise CLCID bears no responsibility to credit your account.
Change of Terms We may use the information you provide us for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. If our online practices change in the future we will
change this privacy policy, so please review it periodically.
Upon written request via U.S. postal mail, we will provide site visitors with access to a description of information that we
maintain about them.
